All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as production begins immediately.
Order Issues
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us through the form on our contact page within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, including the packaging.
We will review your submission and determine whether a resolution is appropriate, but we do not guarantee replacements or reimbursements.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for issues related to shipping once an order has been marked as shipped. This includes, but is not limited to, packages marked as delivered, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, missing apartment numbers, or mis-deliveries.
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. For any delivery concerns, contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
