We do not initiate claims with the carrier for such cases, and all related concerns must be directed to the shipping provider.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, or inaccurate ZIP codes. Please verify that your shipping information is complete and correct before finalizing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Claims regarding packages marked as “delivered” must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
